This is the special case of Fatima. Fatina was diagnosed with hydrocephalus, her parents requested finacial help from the fundacion to do an expensive surgery on their child. The fundacion, not only helped to cover the expense of the surgery, but bought an oxygen concentrator as well so that Fatima could breath better.
